Low fat Marsala sauce

I created this recipe last week while on vacation and found it very similar to a Marsala sauce I ate a couple months ago.  While it was wonderful then, it was full of fat.  This has only a little olive oil, which is good for you!

10 pear tomatoes
10 cherry tomatoes
5 plum tomatoes
5 unripe cherry or pear tomatoes
1/2 cup olive oil
1/4 cup Sugar (to taste)
Sea Salt to taste
1/2 tsp Oregano

boil the tomatoes on medium heat for 15 minutes
after 10 minutes add the oil and seasonings
let the mixture cool for 10 minutes, then process in food processor until it is the consistency of pancake batter.
